Key Responsibilities:

• Data research to improve and optimize departmental processes in areas such as payroll, budgeting, working hours, and transportation.
• Implement and maintain new and existing infrastructure, tools, and processes.
• Engage in strategic departmental matters and work closely with the organization's payroll accountant, the workforce management team, and the department's management team.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets/BI systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.
• Experience in managing and overseeing budgets and financial processes.
• Experience managing processes for hourly employees; experience in service and call centers is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to document and oversee complex processes.
