As a Senior Marketing Manager, Enterprises & Strategic Partnerships you will develop and execute tailored marketing strategies, aimed at improving brand visibility, driving growth, and increasing customer engagement on our platform.
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies customized for nationwide restaurant partners on the Wolt platform.
- Create comprehensive 360 marketing plans, including advertising campaigns across various channels (paid, owned, earned), promotions, and co-branded initiatives.
2. Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote partner restaurants on the Wolt platform.
- Collaborate with the local marketing team and our media agency to create advertising content, including digital ads, social media promotions, and email marketing.
- Manage the marketing budget for nationwide partners, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
3. Partnership Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at nationwide restaurant partners as well as third party partners.
- Collaborate with the partner's marketing and operations teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
4. Brand Consistency, Cross-Promotions, CRM, and Co-Branding:
- Ensure that partner restaurants maintain branding consistency within the Wolt app, aligning with their brand guidelines.
- Explore opportunities for cross-promotions with other brands or influencers.
- Collaborate on co-branded marketing initiatives to drive growth and customer engagement.
- Support the creation and setup of various customer engagement tools like newsletters, push notifications, in-app pop-ups, and local incentive campaigns.
5. Performance Reporting, Data Analysis & Insights:
- Prepare regular performance reports for, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and promotional efforts across Wolt-owned and external channels.
- Use data-based insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing / Communication with 4-6 years of marketing experience.
- Strong B2C marketing and strategic partnership expertise.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics.
