We need a Sales Support Associate to support the onboarding and training of new retail and restaurant partners and ensure the best possible partnership. As a Sales Support Associate, you will act as a key communicator between our sales team and merchant partners in order to ensure optimal success.

This is an entry-level role so attitude and enthusiasm will count for a lot more than experience!
 

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding retail and restaurant venues into Wolt’s platform including photography, menu updates, and training
• Creating selections and ensuring merchant partner menus and catalogues on the platform are accurate
• Meeting and training merchant partners to ensure the best operational performance from our partners to our customers
• Assisting in retail and restaurant support together with your fellow Wolters in our Support team
• Supporting merchant partners with queries and changes in their menus and catalogues
• Helping out with marketing campaigns for restaurant partners together with the restaurant team
• Assisting the rest of the Sales team in any additional tasks related to working with retail partners.

• High Ownership and ambition to go beyond the obvious
• Excellent outgoing personality - you will be working with a lot of different people
• Good time management skills - you will be working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with many competing priorities
• Experience in B2B or B2C environment is an asset however in-depth on-the-job training will be given
• Fluent in Maltese & in English
• In possession of a valid driving license.
