As our Sales Specialist you build strong long-term relationships with our existing partners (owners and representatives) as their point of contact and advisor for how to best utilize the Wolt platform.You will also make active efforts in increasing their exposure in the market.
The end-goal is to increase the performance, market impact and awareness of our restaurants.
To make this happen, and to ensure that practical matters related to this will be handled best possible, you will work closely with a broad range of colleagues from both the Sales, Operations, Marketing and Support teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include among other things:
Manage Wolt's restaurant portfolio of selected cities and enhancing the value from it
Ensure our portfolio of restaurants reaches the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks
Assist in the onboarding of venues onto the Wolt platform, including participation in sourcing and negotiation processes.
Support the creation of tailor-made promotions, utilizing data analysis and aligning with Wolt's strategic guidelines.
Help in uploading campaign details into Wolt's internal systems and monitor ongoing campaigns for smooth operation.
Address ad hoc issues such as partner requests or technical difficulties in campaign settings.
Assist in analyzing campaign outcomes and ensure that partners are well-informed for making decisions about future campaigns.
Develop Wolt's restaurant partners and their business by using our collected user data
Provide high-level consultation to our restaurant partnerships regarding improvements, quality checks and creative strategies, and help restaurant partners reach their goals
Conduct market analysis to understand competition and customer needs
Work closely with our operations and support teams to ensure best practices and follow up of partners
Always learn and study new tools and processes
Our humble expectations
- Background in Sales or Sales Support or Account Management
- Fluency in Czech and English.
- Experience from using Excel/Google Sheets or a CRM system to assess performance
- Experience from within the restaurant industry is a plus.
