Role background
Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners.
As we are growing rapidly, we need Sales Associates to support growing Wolt’s restaurant portfolio by assisting our Restaurant Sales Managers in administrative tasks both online and with clients over the phone.
What you'll be doing
- Onboarding restaurant venues into Wolt’s platform including update of the merchant’s menu or photos and training
- Creating selections and ensuring merchant partner menus and catalogues on the platform are accurate
- Meeting and training merchant partners to ensure the best operational performance from our partners to our customers
- Supporting merchant partners with queries and changes in their menus and catalogues
- You will be proactively getting in touch with our existing partners to consult them about how to be more visible and successful on Wolt.
- Other ad-hoc administrative and organisational tasks as they come up!

- Commercial flair with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
Nice to have: - In possession of a valid driving license
- Experience within account management and/or customer support
- Background from HORECA is a bonus.
- Experience working with CRM tools or data systems is preferred
- Experience in sales, account management, or advising clients on a B2B or B2C level is a bonus. Or maybe you come from a front desk, booking, or reception setting and are very motivated to develop in sales and in account management direction.
