• Aufbau einer guten Beziehung mit Blick auf Qualität und Zufriedenheit der Partner
• Updates der Sortimente für Wolt-Partner und Sicherstellung, dass die Sortimente der Einzelhandelspartner auf der Plattform korrekt sind. 
• Selbstständiges Einpflegen der Produktdaten sowie Fotos in unser Backendsystem
• Fortlaufende Aktualisierung der Daten sowie Produktlisten der Partner und Unterstützung von Partnern, um deren Leistung auf unserer Plattform zu verbessern.
• Unterstützung der Kollegen des Development Teams bei der Erstellung von Marketingkampagnen und anderen Initiativen zur Umsatzsteigerung. 
• Wir entwickeln vieles von Grund auf neu, daher solltest du Spaß an neuen Prozessen und unterschiedlichen Aufgaben haben.

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss, um mit unseren Partnern in Kontakt zu treten
• Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, den Tonfall an das jeweilige Publikum anzupassen
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und den Ehrgeiz, über das Offensichtliche hinauszugehen
• Erfahrung in einer früheren Support- oder Verwaltungsfunktion ist ein Plus
• Multitasking-Fähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten. Du bist es gewohnt, mit engen Deadlines zu arbeiten.
• Du bist strukturiert, detailliert und arbeitest zielorientiert.
• Du bist selbständig und hast eine Leidenschaft für den lokalen Einzelhandel!
