Role Background 

To strengthen our retail team, we are looking for a Retail Business Operation role to analyze and create new operational processes within the retail space. In this role, you will work directly with the Retail Operation Lead to optimize and improve the operational processes, enable retail scale-up, create a new dashboard and work processes, establish operational excellence all over the retail, and play a strategic role in the retail team.
 

what you will be doing?

• Manage key workflows to ensure the retail team meets its business objectives in a consistent and scalable way
• Proactively Identify business improvement opportunities via analytics
• Provide insights from data within the retail department  that lead to operational enhancements
• Build a new dashboard according to the overall data vision you acquired (customers, support, and couriers) 
• Develop new automatic tools for the platform team workflow 
• Lead projects independently
• Lead the POS Integrations process

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operation, or project management roles
• Proven experience in data analysis, integration, and implementing new processes that improve efficiency
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex ideas and data-driven insights
• Experience working with different databases, building out data infrastructure, providing reports and business analysis (experience in Macro building, Excel, etc. )
• Autonomous with a high degree of initiative 
• Team player - adept at working both individually and collaboratively within a team and across team
