This might be a natural first step for a commercially minded person looking to kickstart their career within sales. You will be collaborating with our restaurant partners, POS vendors, our restaurant Onboarding team, and Development team
You will work in close cooperation with our Restaurant Development Managers and other Support Associates to help the restaurants on our platform maximise their opportunity for success.
Your approach may be both strategic and technical:
- Always looking on ways to improve the setup of our restaurant menus.
- Use data to proactively contact restaurants in order to improve their performance, while also assisting our Support team in handling complex restaurant support through our support system.
- Work alongside our Marketing team and restaurant partners to assist with value-added marketing campaigns to increase restaurant orders.
- POS integrations questions
- Assist the Restaurant team with ad-hoc tasks like Ipad/printer issues
Our humble expectations
We are not looking for any specific educational background. But we DO look for someone with:
- A strong service profile
- Customer support/service experience
- No fear for picking up the phone and calling decision makers
- A love for structure and solid routines
We also prefer someone based in the Stockholm area who speaks Swedish well enough to handle clients on a personal and professional level.
