As our Restaurant Specialist you build strong long-term relationships with our existing restaurant partners (owners and representatives) as their point of contact and advisor for how to best utilize the Wolt platform.You will also make active efforts in increasing their exposure in the market.
The end-goal is to increase the performance, market impact and awareness of our restaurants.
To make this happen, and to ensure that practical matters related to this will be handled best possible, you will work closely with a broad range of colleagues from both the Sales, Operations, Marketing and Support teams.
More specific tasks
- Driving and managing Month over Month sales growth of entrusted restaurants and improving their performance by measuring critical KPIs, strong analysis and frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
- Working with the partner to improve overall sales and conversion rates by sharing tools and best practices to help ensure the partner’s success.
- Helping out with marketing campaigns for restaurant partners.
- Assisting the rest of the Restaurant team in any additional tasks related to working with restaurant partners.
- Getting feedback from our partners and translating it into product, marketing and operations improvement
- Key communicator between our operations and Restaurant partners.
Our humble expectations
- Background in Sales or Sales Support or Account Management
- Fluency in Serbian and English.
- Experience from using Excel/Google Sheets or a CRM system to assess performance
- Experience from within the restaurant industry is a plus.
