Role background
Wolt is best known for our restaurant food delivery business, but in the last 3 years we have expanded our platform into retail verticals.

- Designing programs and scaling best practices that will drive efficiency and performance of our country's sales, onboarding and account management teams.
- Implementing these programs by working closely with the country leads and teams on the ground and measuring their impact.
- Managing these strategic and operationally complex projects with a cross-functional team including product, analytics, marketing, legal and finance.
- Going deep into numbers making data driven business decisions and continuously developing and upgrading our existing sales and onboarding efficiency insights and reporting. We have solid data on everything, the key is to have a strong nose for value and understand what really matters.
- Resource and train our local sales, onboarding and account management teams to be continuously first-rate. You will partner with Product Marketing to develop and manage an awesome library of sales resources, including sales pitch decks, updates on new features, sales and onboarding training content, and customer facing onboarding materials.
- You will be reporting to the Global Head of Retail Merchant Operation within the Global Partner Retail team.
