Wolt, a subsidiary of Doordash, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with exceptional campaign management and optimization skills, and proven stakeholder management capabilities to join our growing Courier Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for assigned markets. The role demands a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to Google, Meta, Tiktok, Affiliate Networks, and other channels.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting options, and ad creatives.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and creatives for maximum performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Use competitive insights to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, and other identified KPIs.
- Generate insightful reports on campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize data to make data-driven decisions and adjust campaign strategies in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the marketing team, sales, and product development, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
- Communicate campaign performance, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Provide input into the budget planning process, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all marketing campaigns comply with relevant advertising regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on ads and landing pages to maintain a positive user experience.
Our humble expectations
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Marketing technology experience.
- Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
- Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalisation, and other lead/customer management practices.
- A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
- Demonstrated experience owning and running the governance of a large marketing automation platform.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Working knowledge of GDPR regulations.
