Wolt Market is growing rapidly and we have ambitious goals. As such, we are looking for an Operations Specialist to help run our Wolt Market operations. You’ll be part of a wide range of tasks such as managing projects, identifying and viewing potential locations for our Wolt Market stores, maintenance, initial screening of Grocery Associates - and much more.
In this role, you’ll get a lot of help and support on the way, but are also expected to be an amazing independent contributor with an exceptional ability to execute every single day.

What you’ll be doing

• Using data to analyse Wolt Markets and make proposals in a constructive way. OPS KPI improvements and reporting etc.
• Identifying and viewing possible locations real estate and proposal for reallocation as well.
• Proactive approach in daily operations and be ready to jump in and help in OPS daily routines.
• Taking part in various tasks related to setting up a new business and maintain existing ones.
• Working very hands-on from managing a few projects simultaneously.
• Communicating with different stakeholders within Wolt (expansion, talent team, legal, finance, global teams and operations team in our food delivery business)
• Being responsible for “setting up” new Wolt Market stores and be a part of OPS support in existing ones.

• You are a curious entrepreneur and you love to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn fast and improve processes, good analytical skills
• You might have worked in sales, operations or project management.
• You are a good communicator in written and spoken English and Greek
• You have a hands-on and proactive approach to work.
• Flexible to travel to all our stores in different cities.
• Experience in recruitment is a plus.
