Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Specialist will take responsibility for analysing, planning and forecasting to ensure there is a strong supply/demand balance.
In more established Country teams, the Operations Specialist’s responsibilities may become more focused on specific core duties, such as courier acquisition, onboarding or payments.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Keeps contact with landlords and real estate managers of existing and potential new properties regarding any store operations-related issue,
• Organizes and updates store energy consumption data,
• Oversees store service agreements and contacts,
• Collaborates with Project Manager in managing store maintenance works and projects,
• Organizes technical equipment allocations between stores (fridges, freezers, racks other technical equipment),
• Procures new technical equipment in cooperation with the store managers,
• Collaborates with Operations Manager, Store Managers, and their teams to improve daily operational performance
• Supports OM and SMs with any upcoming facility related task

• Relevant analytical experience or a student job working with MS Excel
• A fast learner with attention to details and a strong analytical mindset
• Knowledge of BI-tools (e.g. Looker) is a plus
• Comfortable with autonomous problem solving in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
• Must be eligible to work in the EU
