Role background
Wolt has been active in the Polish market since 2018 and we are growing at lightning speed. In the last year, we’ve expanded our platform beyond food delivery into categories such as cosmetics, flowers, toys, electronics, books and even running our own grocery stores. Every day, thousands of our courier partners hit the streets to deliver everything our customers need to their doors, in 30 mins or less.In the Operations Team, we focus on Courier Partners and deliveries. We have a top state-of-the-art logistics platform, that enables us to stretch and twinkle everything about deliveries down to the smallest detail, and we strive to create the most smooth and efficient setup on the market. We are now looking for a Operations Associate to help us operate the logistic platform and drive some of these ambitions
What you’ll be doing
Your most important job will be to ensure we always have the right amount of courier partners to meet the order demand at any given time. You will also work together with internal stakeholders to secure that every restaurant or retailer experiences fast, convenient and consistent service. This position contains a mix of assignments that require a high degree of independent thinking and more predictable weekly tasks. You will need to creatively solve these problems while also finding new ways of improving our existing setup.
- Ensure that we forecast and plan to onboard enough couriers to meet the expected demand of deliveries.
- Own and set up processes making every order equally attractive on the platform using incentives.
- Secure our system is set up to turn every delivery order into a smooth experience, for both our partners and customers.

- You must have an analytical and problem-solving mindset. We value critical thinking in the use of data, asking questions until every nuance is caught.
- The motivation to follow up on daily KPIs, as these are the backbone of every business case we do.
- Curiosity for digging deep into what is happening inside the system - we are the experts in this area.
- Fast learner and ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes and information
- Strong sense of ownership and a demonstrated track record of ‘getting things done’
- Ability to participate in and handle projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in both English and Polish is required

The salary range for the role is between 5 - 7 000 PLN gross.
