As the Operations Associate, your responsibilities will include implementing initiatives to enhance the quality of our fleet partners and monitoring the legality of their operations. You will also handle requests from teams concerning work quality and manage cases related to deliveries. Your role involves partnering deeply with both the local and global business teams to understand what needs to be accomplished to successfully “win” each specific case of business. You will then be responsible for achieving these targets by incubating experiments to drive long term investments across all countries you operate in.

You will be reporting to the Operations Team Lead - Platform Quality.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate communications with fleet companies;

  • Gather and organize necessary documentation prior to audits;

  • Conduct audits to assess compliance;

  • Follow the global guidelines/SOPs;

  • Assist in preparing detailed reports, document audit findings, and technical documentation including any instances of non-compliance;

  • Work with management to implement recommended changes and improve compliance processes;

  • Prepare regular reports on compliance activities, KPI reports, and findings for management;

  • Processing tickets on Monday form related to the Fleet Partners and other;

  • Preparing the Quality Reports and transferring them to the fleet management.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance and accurate documentation.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address incidents and implement optimizations.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with both regional and global teams.

  • Fluent in English, Russian is an advantage.
