Our Merchant Services team lies at the heart and soul of Wolt, ensuring that we set all of our merchants up for success by providing a seamless onboarding, menu, and photo experience. As Wolt grows both in scale and scope of offering, the strength of our merchant services engine must grow with it.
As a Merchant Services team member you will master the core functions of Merchant Services, including onboarding merchants, updating menus, and managing cross functional partners internally as well as externally. You will interact with Merchants, welcoming them to Wolt, making sure their experience is seamless and they are set up for success!
The Menu Associate is responsible for creating the beautiful menus you find on our platform. We take a lot of pride in our work in this team and we would love for you to join this journey. We strive to build our partner’s menus so that they are accurate and engaging for our consumers while also complying to high quality standards.

Create beautiful menus and content on the Wolt platform to engage our customers
Verify the accuracy of our restaurant partner’s menus on the platform
Monitor processes, and track progress through Monday.com cases and other Wolt software
