Role Background

Wolt is a Finnish technology company best known for its food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favourite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their food up or have it delivered by our courier partners. 

However, food delivery was just the start. We do not only want to satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys, and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail. But there’s still a lot more to learn, develop and explore together, that is why we are looking for you.

As our Marketing Specialist, Social Media, you’ll be an invaluable asset to our marketing team and the day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our social media channels and our influencer partnerships, but every now and then you’ll also work with our PR streams as well as host events. At Wolt, we’re doers who are not afraid to get our hands dirty and in order to succeed in this role you’d need to be able to manage multiple work streams at the same time and enjoy the mix of working with larger strategy projects in an office setting as well as creating content in a loud and steamy restaurant kitchen.
 

What you'll be doing

• Create and implement strategies.
• Manage our Social Media channels.
• Manage our influencer relationships.
• Design and execute influencer campaigns.
• Analyse channel and campaign performance.
• Create and plan visual content including, but not limited to video and stills.
• Support internal stakeholders, line managers and our external partners in social media best practices as well as business growth.
• Assist PR workflows.
• Assist in everyday ad-hoc tasks.

• 3 years+ Social Media experience, with a proven track record in community- and social media management. 
• A proven track record of content creation with limited budgets.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing or related (or equivalent experience). 
• You have strong attention to details and great analytical skills and know how to use analytical tools such as Google Analytics. 
• You have a strong understanding of social media and  are up to date on trends and incorporate innovative approaches into marketing strategies.
• You are proactive and independent, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You have a track record in project management, coordinating multiple projects across various teams.
• You are a team player and you are confident in working in collaboration with various stakeholders. 
• You have prior experience in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on achieving targets and getting things done.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
