What you’ll be doing

• Be in charge of all campaign productions to all platforms such as online video, OOH, audio, paid social, UA, and more.  
• Aligning multiple stakeholders to create cohesive 360 campaigns that win consumers’ hearts and minds. 
• Take full ownership of all special project execution such as direct mailing, events, PR, and more. 
• Work together with the local marketing team on the overall marketing strategy and assist with everyday agenda and ad-hoc tasks.

Our humble expectations

• You have gained some first relevant experience in marketing (preferably in offline/ online campaign management), media, brand, or advertising (plus but not mandatory)
• You have native writing and verbal skills in German and high skills in English.
• You enjoy ownership and can really own a project, work independently, prioritize and ask for guidance when needed 
• You are a doer who can both come up with creative ideas and execute/follow up on them.
• You enjoy bringing order to chaos and are good at that – you are not afraid to
• You are enthusiastic and known for being a person who brings good energy to the team.
• You’re very hands-on, involved, and eager to learn and develop your skills in marketing.
• You strive in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on achieving targets and getting things done.
• You are not afraid of excel/ google sheets and power point/ google slides. Advantage: Looker
• Preferably, you have acquired at least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a similar field
