Role Background

We work fast, have fun, and are always ready to offer a helping hand to each other. You'll be reporting to the local Marketing Specialist, and given you'll mostly focus on expansion, you'll be one of the key contributors to our growth, and future success.

We’ve been growing rapidly in Czechia ever since we entered the market in 2018. From our humble start in Prague, we’ve expanded to 20+ cities. We see this as a great start, and even greater opportunity.

Your role as an expansion marketer is to help us execute the ambitious expansion strategy that will take both our operations and our brand to a whole new level. 

Ownership

• You'll be delivering the expansion campaigns from start to finish, with the help of the Marketing Specialist.
• Ensuring strong user acquisition from day one via CRM, organic social, local partnerships and performance marketing.
• Setting up Ad campaigns, automated user flows, and populating our app.
• Making engaging content across channels, and creating best-in-class visuals/videos with help from our graphic designers and photographers.
• Analyzing performance, learning & reporting.
• Hustling on everyday ad-hoc tasks. 

• You're a team player.
• You love to learn new skills, and you love to solve problems.
• You get things done and deliver on time.
• You have an eye for detail and for impactful content. 
• You're fluent in English and Czech.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree student/graduate in Marketing (or similar fields) is a plus, but not at all mandatory. We're simply looking for the right human being to join our team :)
