What’s the job all about
Partner with the business leaders to develop the HR agenda and plan to support the ongoing business needs:
- Support organizational changes and lead change management initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor - Be a trusted advisor to leaders and support their d2d needs including managers coaching
- Manage growth plans
- Support employee training and development, and partner to develop managers’ training
- Employee life cycle – Implement HR programs and employee lifecycle initiatives including onboarding programs, performance conversations, salary reviews, recognition philosophy, and more
- Lead an employee emotional connection plan.
- FP for people aspects for leaders and HR’s
- Lead and develop a small HR team
Our humble expectations
- 5+ years’ of experience as HR business partner in large scales organizations, with the ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment.
- Experience as an HR in a service unit, working with customer support employees and team leads- an advantage.
- Experience in a rapidly growing organization- an advantage
- Experience in leading changes- an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in psychology/human resources. MA in relevant fields an advantage
- Passionate about the HR profession
- Ability to consistently offer innovative initiatives
- Excellent program management abilities
- Consulting abilities and care for people
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Both English and Hebrew
