Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners.
Just 2 years ago, Wolt operated in 4 countries and 10 cities across the Nordics. Fast forward to today, we’re in 23 countries and over 120 cities across EMEA, servicing over 8M registered users.
Reporting to the HR Courier Support Lead, the HR Courier Support is responsible to keep our couriers happy in terms of administrative support and HR related matters. In this role you will work alongside experienced C-suite executives with significant experience in scaling startups. This is a junior/entry-level position.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling courier document administration
- Doing HR system updates
- Working closely with our local payroll provider
- Writing and maintaining people policies and guides for our couriers
- Working with HR-related reporting and analytics through the data in our HR system
- Taking care of all courier-related contracts and inquiries

Our humble expectations
- Previous experience in HR operations is a must
- Excellent communicator in German (at least C1 level) and English (both orally and in writing)
- Passion for customer-facing interaction and solving issues
- Ability to think analytically and use analytical tools, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- A fast learner and attentive to both small details and the bigger picture
- Thorough and organized - you accomplish tasks with all ends tied and have great attention to detail
- You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fast-paced startup environment
