Job Description

We are looking for a Global Monetization Lead to lead our partnerships efforts for our Restaurant ads business. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales, channel sales, and strategic restaurant partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in global ad sales, a strong track record of delivering results, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Our Wolt Ads Product team is responsible for building our Ads business across 23 countries. Together with our local sales teams, the Global Restaurant Monetization Lead is responsible for ensuring the delivery of Ad sales targets in the 23 countries we operate.

You will be a key member of both the global ads team and global restaurants team.  In this role, you will be reporting to our Global Head of Advertising.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global partnership strategy to drive revenue growth for our restaurant ads business.
  • Build and manage relationships with key restaurant industry players, including global brands, franchises, and local restaurants.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global ad sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets and customer acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on sales ROI and key trends.
  • Continuously identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales ideas to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Negotiate and close advertising investment deals with a focus on revenue growth, product adoption, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure partnership objectives are met.
  • Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on partnership ROI and key trends.
  • Continuously identify new partnership opportunities and develop innovative partnership ideas to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

  • Several years of experience in sales management with a proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on win-win solutions.
