Role background

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favourite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners. 

Wolt has been growing rapidly in Slovenia ever since we launched our operations in September 2019. We’re now in 11 cities and expanding fast!

As we continue to grow, so does the number of restaurant partners that we work with. For us, it’s extremely important that pictures of the dishes prepared by our restaurant partners are consistent and in line with Wolt’s brand expectations - after all, these visual aesthetics are one of the most important aspects for our customers when they choose what to eat! :)

In order to help us ‘onboard’ restaurants, we’re looking for freelance photographers with a passion for restaurant photography, a willingness to take up new challenges, creativity, speed in action and of course, a love of food! 

What you’ll be doing

• Organising and carrying out on-location restaurant photo shoots
• Shooting product and title photos which adhere to our style guidelines and requirements
• Processing and exporting photos for publication on the Wolt platform

• Experience in food photography using artificial lighting
• Knowledge of Capture One or Lightroom and Photoshop
• Styling skills a plus

Equipment needed

• Full frame mirrorless or DSLR camera
• Tripod
• Portable lights
• Laptop and tethering cable
• Lightroom or Capture One
