What you will be doing:
Managing TLV & Jerusalem sites (+future site in the north)
Managing 1 employee office manager/receptionist.
Managing vendors: cleaning, maintenance, suppliers of office supply and ongoing relationship with building owner and rent agreement.
Managing facility preventive maintenance and responsible for energy (electricity, water supply, AC and security and disposal waste).
Budget managing & control: credit card office use, Wolt@Work credits use, taxies expenses, hosting of visitors such as customers/ global visitors etc. purchasing of office needs (supplies, furniture, planets etc.)
Managing vehicles: lease contracts, vendors and conditions.
Projects management - extension of TLV site, managing construction projects and renovations.
Taking care of all Israeli facilities meters

- multitasking skills
- experience managing projects and budjet.
- fluent in Hebrew and English
