- Design experiments and run A/B tests to increase engagement rate, conversion rate, average basket size, and frequency of purchase
- Analyze customer data to identify profitable customer segments
- Run digital marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and ensure that growth targets are met by carrying out marketing activities in owned (app, push, or similar) and paid channels (search, display, social media, or similar)
- Understand the drivers of customer retention and leverage on opportunities to create stickiness and customer loyalty
- Determine the right incentive level for the right segment
- Own incentive budget and increase ROI by designing and implementing cohorted incentive plans
- Build reports, create dashboards, and carry out analyses to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, and to identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement growth campaigns (online and offline) based on customer insight
- Monitor and evaluate the effect of our campaigns and activities and optimize their performance
- Understand consumer behavior by analyzing customer data
- Build robust processes to run campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with local and central marketing teams and other key stakeholders in campaign design and execution
- Support marketing managers and marketing operations team with ad-hoc marketing tasks (e.g., copywriting, localization of marketing materials and assets)
Our humble expectations
- Bachelor or Master of Science in business, finance, statistics, strategy or similar fields
- 3+ years of experience in consumer marketing, CRM, or growth hacking from a tech, eCommerce or similar industry
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
- Competence on database marketing and affinity with relevant tools and systems (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, SAS or similar)
- Proven ability to deliver creative campaigns in a fast paced environment
- Experience in creating marketing plans for different marketing channels
- Eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
- Tech savvy and experienced with digital marketing and analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Business Manager, Google / Bing Ads)
- Ability to base decisions on market and customer insight
- Is ambitious, hardworking, structured and result oriented
- Ability to own a project from start to finish and to work autonomously and proactively
- Fluency in English and Norwegian
