Role Background
Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. We’ve grown significantly in the last three years, expanding our operations from just four countries across the Nordics, to 27 countries across Europe and Asia today. And we’re just getting started.

That’s everything from product development to local country operations to developing engaging marketing campaigns for each of our 24+ markets. And now we are searching for a CRM Specialist to join the Global Marketing Automation team where your primary goal will be to increase user re-engagement.

As a CRM Specialist at Wolt, you’ll be in the driver’s seat, working across various markets to craft, execute, and champion our global CRM strategy. Your mission is to analyze and interpret data, providing valuable insights to support strategic business decisions for the user Retention & Engagement lifecycle stage.

Being part of the HQ Marketing team, you will be working closely with multiple teams like products, paid marketing and marketing tech.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with the CRM team and wider marketing team to deliver the global Retention & Engagement strategy
  • Build and execute automated CRM strategies across email, push and in-app notifications, to reduce manual effort
  • Coordinate campaign launch activities with responsible stakeholders, e.g. content, creatives, localisation
  • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B testing initiatives across a range of CRM campaigns and customer communication channels to maximize engagement & ROI
  • Continuously improve customer campaigns in order to engage, retain and reactivate customers based on the user data
  • Monitor, analyze and make recommendations on CRM initiatives to stakeholders regularly
  • Support and make best-practises recommendations to all teams that use the CRM tool
  • Constantly follow sector and Wolt specific user behavior trends and ensure that knowledge is shared across the organization.

Our humble expectations

  • You have 1-3 years experience working within CRM from a tech, eCommerce or similar industry
  • Experience at setting up & executing automated lifecycle campaigns or bulk campaigns
  • Proven experience working across multiple business units with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and confident working with data, able to build simple dashboards 
  • Experience in creating communication plans for different marketing channels
  • Eager to learn and you thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM & campaign management tools such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce, Clevertap or Leanplum
  • Previous experience in food delivery, on-demand delivery or e-commerce is a plus
