“Lead, Market Management” role at Wolt is responsible for leading one of the most critical functions in the company. The scope of the role includes both analysis of data and design and execution of actionable driven by these data amongst cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Extraction and analysis of external and internal data points with regards to all the important key metrics for our operations
• Driving decision making based on the results of the above mentioned rigorous data analysis and converting these findings into actionable items for cross functional teams
• Creating framework models for tracking the progress on these action items across the teams and coordinating the collaboration to achieve these ambitious targets
• Building concrete strategies (based on data) for our operational markets in Germany: what, why and how should we improve in the areas we already cover as Wolt? Which one should we focus on first?
• Constantly improving the decision criteria and strategies in our market management framework by experimenting new methods, testing new creative ideas and evaluating their efficiencies by use of data - in other words making our “playbook” better and better every single day!
• Orchestrating the cross-functional collaboration between key functional teams and leaders of the organization (Restaurant/Retail/Enterprise, Marketing, Operations/Logistics) to reach the targets, following up with relevant stakeholders and ensuring successful completion of action items on target deadlines
• Build and execute the strategy with the wider team, getting their hands dirty together to build the highest level of service and the best customer experience in Germany

• 2-3 years of experience in a top consulting firm would be highly desirable
• A total of 4-5 years of experience of project/team management in a hyper-growth company or startup with cross-functional team collaboration experience
• Strong command of English is a must
• Excellent commercial and strategic thinking - you are great at strategizing and building a business from scratch. Moreover, you can quickly pick up different business models and spot opportunities and bottlenecks
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong leadership skills and being able to run multiple projects and teams simultaneously with minimal supervision
