In Norway, we’ve expanded to 58 cities and we’re still growing. Now we’re looking for Inside Sales Associates and Inside Sales Specialists at different experience levels to help us strengthen our restaurant and retail selection nationwide.

In this role, you’ll drive growth by building and closing partnerships with restaurants and retailers across new and existing cities. As part of the Inside Sales team, you’ll own your sales pipeline end-to-end through proactive outreach via phone and digital channels. Based at our Oslo office, you’ll use a consultative approach and strong negotiation skills to position Wolt as a long-term partner and help great local businesses succeed on our platform.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and target potential restaurant and retail partners that will give our customers market leading breadth and depth of selection
  • Systematically hunt and farm a rich pipeline of potential partnerships, building strong relationships with existing and potential partners in your markets
  • Own the sales process from beginning to end, using a consultative sales approach and tailoring the pitch to position Wolt as the preferred partner for each merchan
  • Work mainly with inside sales activities such as calls and digital meetings.
  • Use data to understand potential venue performance to set profitable business terms and conduct negotiations that create value for both parties
  • Make sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data
  • Collaborate with our Onboarding and Development team to set up new partners in the app and ensure they perform to their best potential when they go live

What we are looking for

  • You are early in your sales career or already have experience in B2B consultative sales, and are motivated to grow and succeed in a sales role
  • You are a natural hunter with strong communication and networking skills
  • You enjoy inside sales and are comfortable spending a large part of your day on the phone
  • You are a great listener, good at reading the room and adapting your approach accordingly
  • You enjoy working in a target-driven and fast-moving environment, and are self-motivated and persistent
  • Experience from hospitality, retail or sales is a plus, but not a requirement
  • You have a can-do attitude, are ready to roll up your sleeves and enjoy being on the go.
  • You are structured, good at managing your time and pipeline, and experience with CRM tools is an advantage
  • You are fluent in Norwegian and English, spoken and written
